This policy describes what The Velox Studio collects when you visit this site, browse the catalog, or submit a form, and what happens to that information afterward.

Information we collect

When you submit the waitlist, early-access, or contact form, we collect what you type into that form — typically your name, email address, and message, plus a product-question/licensing/partnership/general category on the Contact form. We do not ask for payment details, passwords, or government ID on any public-facing form.

Standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is logged by our hosting provider as part of normal web server operation, the same way it is for almost any website.

How form submissions are processed

Every form on this site is a genuine Netlify Forms submission, forwarded from there to a Make.com automation that notifies The Velox Studio. Submissions are not stored in this site’s own Supabase database, and are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and Google Fonts

This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It does load one third-party resource: the Geist typeface, served from Google Fonts. Google’s font service does not set or log cookies, but the request itself sends your IP address, browser user agent, and referring page to Google’s servers so it can return the right font file.

This font request happens automatically on every page load, the same way any other page asset (a stylesheet, a script) loads — there is no separate opt-in step for it.

Third-party services

• Netlify — hosting and form submission handling.
• Make.com — routes form submissions to the studio for response.
• Supabase — stores the public product/research catalog.
• Google Fonts — serves the Geist typeface; see above.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by reaching out through the Contact page. Because submissions live in Netlify Forms rather than our own database, deletion requests are handled directly with Netlify on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, the effective date above will be updated and, for material changes, noted on this page.
