License Terms
What you can and can’t do with a website, component, or free product you get from us.
Effective July 22, 2026
This page describes the license that applies to websites, components, and free products you acquire from The Velox Studio, in general terms. Where a specific product’s own page states a different license type for that product, the product page controls.
What a license covers
Acquiring a website, component, or free product grants you a license to use it in your own projects — personal or client work — including customizing the design, content, and code to fit your needs.
What is not allowed
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the product itself as a website, component, or asset pack.
- Claiming authorship of the underlying design or code as your own original work.
- Uploading the product, unmodified, to another marketplace or website store.
Per-project vs. multi-project use
Unless a product’s own page states otherwise, a license covers use in a single end product (one client site, one personal site). If you plan to reuse the same purchase across multiple unrelated projects, check that product’s page or ask through the Contact page first.
Studio OS
Products listed under Studio OS are provided at no cost under the same restrictions above (no reselling or redistributing the source files as your own product), unless that product’s own page says otherwise.
Components
Components are licensed for integration into your own projects. Where a component documents specific dependencies or integration notes on its own product page, those notes describe technical requirements, not additional license restrictions.
Licensing questions
If you’re unsure whether your intended use is covered, select “Licensing” on the Contact page and include the product name and what you have in mind.
